what a hectic couple of days for this family, my husband brent got hurt at work yesterday afternoon, , he was getting a shutte down from his truck and it started to fall and he grabbed it with his left hand and two of his fingers got caught in it, his left index and middle finger, he ended up having surgery on them at 10 last night, they were so damaged , they think he will lose his index finger to the knuckle and had a pin put in the middle finger for 6 weeks, he will see more hand specialists next week, they let him come home this late afternoon to be with the family, but he just slept and Danielle, tims wife did me a big favor and took over all the turkey dinner for all of us, what a relief for me. wendy made pies and Amanda made cookies, it was delicious. so Im thankful today for my great family, they really pull it together when we need something.
