what an awesome website! This God is Polish. His name is Jarilo. I know it says another name on there,but thats not the right god Im talking about. I also happen to be of Polish ancestry myself. His story has themes of rebirth and the changing and turning of the wheel of the year. Just like Persephone from the Greeks he was spirited away to the underworld. After a couple of months he escaped bringing spring. For that his celebration is on the first Spring of the new year.
