what is wrong with people??? This morning (5am) I am driving and almost hit a man laying half in the street! I stop, I see he is breathing, I call out to him, no response. People are driving by within INCHES of his feet! People are walking by, shaking their heads! A taxi driver stops for a second to tell me that the guy has been like this for at least 2 hours! I call 911... wait 15 minutes for cops to show. They finally get the man sitting up, he has no clue where he is. The cops tell him to move along and leave... I am at loss... SMDH!
