what sleep is like for me “Up since 3:00 AM with these hot/freezing flashes!!! Seriously every 6 minutes burning up for 1 to 2 minutes then freezing for another 1 to 2 minutes!! Then just when youre about it fall asleep it starts all over again. Oh, did I add that I got up 3 times to pee before this all started? Wth, I barely drink anything all day or before bed. Ugh, 6 AM is gonna be here right when I get back to sleep good! This is my nightly routine!!” What is sleep like for you?
