when I moved to Indiana in 1993 - the first night I was there I went to an Indiana Pacers Game - fun! Later I went to a pre-season football game. I had very limited chances to see Pro sports in my growing up years. The Colts were still shaking off the Baltimore legacy - but they had a running back, Edgerrin James, who electrified the crowd - then came one Payton Manning - most people who were around will tell you some werent sure if he or Ryan Leaf was the right pick - the Colts got it right - and man, it was fun to root for the Colts - Pacers too! Lets go Colts - and Payton, like the big billboard on 465 and Emerson said - You are the Man!
