when I request to change my order, they sent me the below: The status of your order has changed and we wanted to keep you up to date. Thank you for your order. We received your e-mail about changing the part number on your order to Part # 24261817; however we will need more information to process this order (see below). The company that processes our credit cards online was unable to verify your information which caused your order to appear fraudulent. When this occurs, we are required to request a copy of the front and back of your credit card and a Government issued ID. Our fax number is (912) 580-4419.
