when it benefits you to use a travel agent: -when you know you need a vacation, but you arent sure where to go -when you want to fully book a vacation with only a small deposit, and make payments on it at your convenience (no, expedia and the like dont let you do that) -when you want to put a hold on a vacation whose fare might increase -when you want someone to do all the vacation research for you, make all your arrangements, book your activities, but let you keep total control of your vacation -when youre traveling as a group and want group rates -when you want expert advice, recommendations, service, special extras, and unbiased cost comparisons all for FREE! yup! thats right. it costs you nothing extra to use a travel agent, and potentially a lot not to. oh yeah, did i mention im a travel agent? :D check me out! idodestinations.org
