when someone asks questions like which bike should i ride offroad, or what tires should i use offroad, or what bike should i get for long distance... my answer is usually depends on how much fun you want to have. you can can take a street bike with smooth tyres and go beat it up on the sands, or you can take an offroader and go have a normal day. you can go on tour on a scooter, or the more boring way: on a GS :P see what i did there?
