when we came in Craig Gandys room this morning he was sitting up doing therapy with 2 PT ladies. Lifting his feet and arms. He winked at Jamie and when the PT asked if Jonathan was his son he shook his head yes. It was a great day. The head ICU doctor came in and told me she was amazed at his progress. She saw him last week. His nurse just came in talking with us saying He is a Miracle. We dont see if very often, but he is a true miracle and he is glad for us. tomorrow his tubes come out and then they will watch him for 24 hours before moving him out of ICU. I talked to the head ICU doctor and said we have been told what to expect with bad news, please tell me what happens when there is progress. So depending on how fast he gets his strength back up he will be moving forward. She even spoke about lung transplant could be a future option. Just the other day they said it would not be an option. I did not tell her I was expecting a lung transplant from the angels. Mel and Mechelle Smith cam by and they were jumping up and down to see Craig responding. Craig felt Mechelles Spirit as she walked in. The funniest part was when I was telling Mechelle about Craig not liking doctors who spoke negative over his body. Michelle repeated it and Craig shook his head No! We all laughed. There was so much joy and laughter in Craigs room. Mechelle Smith will join me Thursday during our live program to share Gods healing stories. Unless Craig gets that one healing touch from Jesus that causes him to run out of here because he has so much he wants to say Thursday. Either way it is going to be a great and awesome program. We are living in new days. I am going to post in our Jci Gandy facebook to ask for prayers for a family we met in ICU this afternoon.
