when you have poured out ALL of yourself to others without being refilled whether it was today yesterday or years ago... if you are someone who withdrew from someone and did not take the time to make a FULL DEPOSIT and you are wondering what happened. The account is empty and they are unemployed, hopefully you put what was given in an interest bearing account because they probably need what they gave you and then some before you can withdraw again without penalities...
