where there is smoke there is life. You are here, you exist, alive, determined and always willing to make change and be the change. What does your diet consist of? Do eat foods that boost and sustain your longevity?. You are here on earth because you were born , you exist because of the forces of nature, you are alive because of the food you eat. Are you determined to change and make better choices?, you have the will to discipline yourself. Food can either make you or destroy you. Guess what?
