while a participant Of Sec-8 Housing Asssitance, The property went thru Forclosure, with a Warrent of Habitability, The Trustee, gave me a 3 day Notice to pay rent in which I Did ,but my Sec-8 was still terminated,I filed a Lawsuit in los Angeles Superior Court The Trustee Had The Case Removed and Put in The Bankruptcy Court, with a claim in my Name For 82,250.000 I Never Filed.I remanded the case back to its orignial court but it was denied, The bankruptcy court then Dismissd the claim with prejudice, and Kicked it back to its original court. With My Original Lawsuit claim. While this was going on with the Trustee. I filed a Complaint With The Department of fair housing And Department of health,in Which the trustee Quick deeded the property to the management Agency APB, They Immediately Were Cited, They Tented the Apartment building, Housing All Apartment Tenants ( 3 building) In Hotels giving my Household Nothing.They Took Over the building Terminated My Sec-8 without a Court Order and Locked Me, My Son Out Of The Apartment without a court Order, And Took all of My Personal Possessions and distributed them amonsgt whoever. Without Notifying Me of Doing such to My Personal Items, Evrything I Owned.amnd also destroyed My Marriage. This is the Sort of JUstice , Sue-MUndy Renders, IN the State Of Calfiornia.
