while waiting for my gaskets at oriellys today, i overhear a parts guy and customer talking about their hondas. customer: do you run the bottle? Parts Guy: nah man, i just did a CRV engine swap into my civic, only got like 500 miles on it. customer: thats sweet, i bet it hauls ass parts guy: yeah bro, the torque is unreal! everytime i floor it, i feel the torque lift the front end and i can spin through 3rd gear customer: dude, thats awesome, you could probably run high 10s in the quarter like that. parts guy: nah man, im stock, probably runs low 11s, but im trying to sell it. to much power for what i need. customer: NO WAY BRO, how much!? .....and then i got my gaskets and left... i dont know the outcome of the rest of their convo, but i got a good laugh out of it while i was there waiting.
