whilst i agree this needs done may i suggest unions stick together for the sick disabled and unemployed. for as long as we are being exploited employers will use the free labour we will be forced to do. with free labour instibility in part time or and zero contract hours. why would employers need to care for staff. feel fill the whole that is the destroyed welfare state. and stick together unions low paid and ick n unemployed only then can you regain the rights if your employee members.
