why dont Nitish Kumar comes and start blaming BJP for this unemployment. We all know in terms of inter State Migration, Up and Bihar lead the charts. A decade ago, out-migrants were mainly from poor households, but today migration among youngsters has permeated all sections of the society. This shows that the problem of unemployment is no more limited to poor sections but adversely affects everyone, The government alone cannot generate sufficient jobs and youth should try to harness neglected sectors such as language and arts. very few colleges in Bihar and UP that even have a placement cell. It is high time to build up the manufacturing sector. According to a survey, less than 20% youngsters in India have regular jobs. The labour market is changing fast; however, the educational system cannot change at the same pace. In that context, it is difficult to create a graduate who is a perfect fit for a job, but universities need to respond to the corporate demands as much as possible,
