why henry?!!!! in 2007 when theiry henry the then arsenal captain left arsenal to barcelona... many people didnt question that much why he did that but later on it comes a point when others choose to leave afte him and are seen as traitors and betrayers. why henry? after 2003/2004 invincibles had given an outstanding performance and henry in his stay in arsenal had laid hands in all the trohpies he could and still one thing missed in his closet... arsenal had never gone to win a champions league so he missed the medal. and henry too, just like other players wanted this so badly.why henry? soon after arsenal see the departure of most of the invincibles and henry is left in the midst of a band of upcoming youths one namely cesc. henry recounts" i had the habit of shouting for the ball even if i wasnt in a good position and they would always pass it over" and he was alone in the squad, like with all the wannabes and none among his previous conquests to be with. come 2007 henry puts forward a request to leave arsenal, and as it turned out, he was granted. barcelone welcomed him, prior to that they had sought him 15 times and at last they got him. henry left. now here the question comes... is he any different from RVP, nasri, song, adebayor and the rest of them? samir nasri refused to sign a new contract citing a pay rise as a problem, he actually went ahead to condemn arsenals pay structure. RVP did the same, and his is even worse, cuz he told the press that arsenal was a team which lacked ambition simply cuz we wouldnt buy big names. he has been in man u, i havent seen any big name since he went and so far he has won premier league with fergie gambling last season. adebayor has never stopped speaking ill of arsenal and this and many others makes henry the king. henry has never said any shit about arsenal, he asked to leave, he didnt force his way out and he has had massive respect for arsenal fans all through. there is no day that henry was free and he didnt watch arsenal play. his love for arsenal is immense and incomparable. and for all his devotion and deeds in arsenal, some day we will have someone to replace him. he remains the best of the best. and i will always give respect to THIERY HENRY wherever he is. i guess i have answered some questions..... questions.......................................... maxie
