why is it that we can not be direct or straightforward in complimenting a fellow artists work..? often i found this a bit irritating when compliments is given to the artists in a roundabout way.. or avoid it skilfully .. you spot your art friend painting beautifully , you love it instantly , but instead of saying it , you start singing paeans of the paper used the brand of colors colors or brushes used.. directing all your compliments to those materials rather than the breathtaking art before you..thats not fair.. i feel a good artist manage to be good under worst circumstances ..stop pussyfooting friends.. be a bit direct to your fellow artists..
