will be spending the afternoon on the phone to child tax credits to ask how they can justify our apparent over payment when we havent recrived any! seriously hacks me off! how can we be rejected payment and then they tell us we owe! bloody liberty! i hate this country! hows about wipe it out completely, sort out nursery bills and everyone get off their arse and work for a living!!! #system#gone#wrong.
