On 25th Dec 2014, Christmas Day, 25 visually impaired people will run across 5km, 10km and 21km distances in an event named See From The Heart. This is a dream for them, and they have the determination and enthusiasm to see it come true. All they need is someone who cares to hold their hand. If there are any among you who would like to help them achieve their dream just by doing something you love, do register in the event and we will explain what you could do. It might even change your life. #Running #BigHeart :) See From The Heart is an effort to create an opportunity for more visually impaired people to join and interact with the mainstream community using running as a medium. It will be organised in multiple cities across India, in association with National Association for the Blind and Adventure Without Boundaries. It will hopefully foster a greater understanding and empathy between two worlds and perhaps give sighted runners more than a glimpse into lives they can only imagine.
