with the departure of phil baldwin, a strong environmentalist and social justice advocate, a new era on the ukiah city council begins. new recruits jim brown, mo mulherin, and kevin doble above. below, incumbents doug crane, the new mayor, and steve, vice mayor. rookie brown voted against steve for vice mayor for some weird reason, altho he was the only one who tried to buck the traditional order of succession.
