woah! i dont necessarily agree with the sentencing nor do i agree with “Horner’s actions are pure evil, he is a menace to society and must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.” the kid is 15, a stupid 15 year old but to say he is evil, come on. i also wonder if peoples reaction/opinion would be a little different if he was a black 15 year old. i dont often like to make everything about race, as a matter of fact, i hate it when people do that, but it was just a thought. perhaps this is also just another reflection of a deteriorating society where kids grow up with loose morals and poor judgement.
