Dumbbell curl to press ☆Holding a pair of dumbbells, stand with your arms down at your sides. ☆Bending at the elbow, curl dumbbells up to your shoulder. ☆Press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are straight. ☆Reverse movements back to starting position, paying careful attention to avoid swinging your arms. Repeat 10x 2. Dumbbell chest press ☆Start by lying on your back, knees bent, arms straight up above your chest (not yo face!) and palms facing each other. ☆Slowly lower arms down so that your elbows are at your side with 90 degree bends in the elbow. ☆Push back up to starting position Repeat 10x Do two sets of these and tag or share with your friends! #spreadtgefitlove
