Seriously guys I get more of a workout sitting at Company Cafe drinking mimosas and people watching than most everyone doing whatever it is they think theyre doing on the trail. Aerobic exercise is absolutely necessary for having a strong cardiovascular system and to keep your ATP regen high (good aerobic capacity = excellent recovery time during and between sets), but should not be used to lose weight or cut fat. Period.
