would like to say a few things about my bootcamps and about the stigma that comes along with bootcamps 1. the tack ticks i use to get you to push doesnt involve screaming and shouting calling you fowl names etc etc, i have my ways of cleverly persuading you to do more when your ready with the workouts, dont get me wrong it is very hard but thats where your work capacity comes in 2. Work capacity.... this is very personal and i make it clear that EVERYONE knows what this means, its what you and only you can do in a given time limit, its what you can personally push, pull or run and when you reach your capacity of work you simply stop.... simple!! the person next to you has there own capacity of work and therefore have their own things to worry about.... at no point will they be thinking your lazy because you stopped, trust me your all working at the same rate of work no matter how fast your going, if im doing my job properly EVERYONE would have reach that point by the end... sooner or later 3. last but not least TEAM work.... dont feel like your letting the side down because you cant work fast enough, if you reach your personal l capacity of work your team mate will take over... there are reasons why i pair you in these pairs you work with or the team your in, and thats to make you work, or more like make the fitter ones really work and you to just work... going back to capacity you can only do what you can do i just make sure you dont run out of things to do... pushing you to the next thing, then the next and so on overall NO ONE at bootcamp cares how much you do, how fast you go.... not even me as long as you work to YOUR 100%.... and if....IF someone was to moan about it i WILL KICK THEM OUT....... FINAL NOTE WORK CAPACITY IS THE AMOUNT OF WORK YOU.... YOU PERSONALLY CAN DO IN A GIVEN WORKOUT I will take you forwards, but thats why i put so much time and energy into the programming, in the the packs to help you see where you are and how far you have come i hope thats clear rant over peace out :)
