would like to say how un-helpful the poole council housing department is. doesnt matter if you have children, are not from this country, or a raging piss head..... they still dont really help you just give you stupid advice. not only that but after spending 2 hours of my life i will never get back sitting waiting to be seen. they basically send you off with a head full of useless information & forms to fill out. i have seen mums with children in there in the same situation as me, also some very strange looking people who clearly dont know their ass from their elbow,also russian people all waiting hours to be told "fill this out" or "find alternative accomdation within this price range" . i understand they all have a job to do, but at least show a bit of compassion & understanding to each individuals situation. rant over. ANON PLEASE
