would not by happening. It is happening because Barbados like so - TopicsExpress

would not by happening. It is happening because Barbados like so many of the other Caribbean countries have not been managing well. Its either conditionalities called for by the IMF or Conditionalities imposed by the government, the reality is the country is at the stage where tough measures are necessary. The 3000 redundancies is evidence. The question is, could it get worse? My next question is, where are the ppl such as Sir Frank Alleyne who should have seen this coming and spoken out before it got here in stead of saying the talking with the IMF should not be cause for concern? Nice sounding words have little value in reality.
