wow WOW wow -what a great day-Things in Okanogan County went awesome as far as that goes-the judge cracked me up and sited with my attorney and me-I plead guilty for failure to properly display a trip permit after moving twice to dismiss-and finally cracking up in court and appolgizing to the judge-I mean really the prosecutor was trying to compare my trip permit violation to my past assault charges from my criminal past -the judge finally stop and commented- Mr. waters I see where you ve committed the crime of the year and although we the court dont get as many of these hard core crimes in our county im pretty sure after hearing the situation and police statement and of course the prosecutor arguments-I think the court is going to fine u 200.00 instead of the 800.00 plus and a 6 month defer-meanin promise me u will be good for 6 month pay yur fine and the court will dismiss-hmmmm really I felt like a little kid getting scolded lol
