(y) >Hudyaka-Hiphop Dance Contest 2014< (AN INTER-BARANGAY DANCE COMPETITION) ¤GUIDELINES¤ 1.The Hiphop Dance Contest is open to all qualified Panglaoanon dance groups. All participants must be a resident of the barangay that they are representing.Dance presentations must be within the minimum of three(3)minutes to a maximum of five(5)minutes only. An excess will merit the five(5)point deduction from the total score. 2.The participants must be 15to24 years old. Composition of the group has a maximum of eleven(11) dancers including the choreographer. An excess will merit the five(5)point deduction from the total score. 3.Each group must present a wholesome presentation and are prohibited from exhibiting or manifesting acts or gestures and movements offensive to any indigenous tribe or groups including series back strokes/steps. 4.Each group must wear the proper Hiphop or Festival attire depending on their concept. Dance groups are required to register their members through filling up the registration form. Only final registered participants are allowed to be part of the group they represented during the competition. An endorsement from the barangay captain is also required. Deadline of final submission will on the 15th of August,2014. 5.The dance contest will be held at the Panglao Town Plaza on the evening of August 29,2014. 6.Three(3)finalists will be declared as winners of the said competition. The group will be judged based on the following criteria. ^CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:^ *Performance-45% (Fluidity,Rhythm,Synchronization,Difficulty of Movements) *Creativity-25% (Hip Hop Style,Originality,Festival Music Concept) *Showmanship/Impact-20% *Costume-10% - - - - - - *TOTAL-100%* 7.The decision of the Board of Judges is final and unappealable. ¥PRIZES: GRAND FINALS¥ `1st Prize~Php 10,000.00+Trophy `2nd Prize~Php 7,000.00+Trophy `3rd Prize~Php 5,000.00+Trophy `5 Consolation Prizes~Php 1,000.00
