(y) vera asks Hello My name is Vera and I want to start a program for special needs people over 21 years of age. Since in my state of Pa you mandate out of service after 21. There still is services, but not so much to choice from under 21. I did not think it would be so hard to start a program but I have been trying for almost 2 years now. The big thing is money. I have tried our Senators, sent a email to the President and of coarse received no answer. Our local gov. said their is not grants or funds. There has to be. I want to start a small farm. With a few animals, teach life skills, crafts. To give people a safe place to work, learn, experience life with animals, have fun, to be social.
