years and years ago i remember the old ones talking. they never really liked , whats called the "black and white" english words, and putting things on paper. thats just how the yakama are. now ill admit, its hard to understand, but that is how things have been done for ages. an i heard again on a presentation done by an elder. we dont do it here, because we will hear it and see it when we get there (heaven) so i know will not be easy, but i know hard work will help me understand. just as i had done when i was little, ate bitter roots, salmon, deer, and berries constantly, so my body understood the world so much better. those are the reasons. ok....its a another great day. difficult yes, but ill keep it in mind.
