yesterday a person (powderi) audict of heroine died in a village near wah cantt and dead body remained on ground for many hours and no body took care ; later on in evening hours wah cantt police took dead body ; ; i request GENERAL SAHIB ; chairman of POF wah cantt , intelligence agencies ; anti narcotics force and other district administarion and law enforcement organizations to take care of this alarming situtaion that heroine business is prevailing in outskirts of wah cantt in some villages and powederis are wandering here and there and struglling for life ; please adress this situation and we have come to such state that we do not take care of dead bodies of powderis for whole day and pass by
