yesterday i was assisting my friend with all the kids visiting santa for her company christmas party.. we never really had santa growing up - i mean, he did give us gifts that according to my mom were delivered earlier in the philippines (since we open our gifts on christmas eve, not day) cuz he couldnt possibly deliver all those presents in one night and instead of a chimney (non existent in the tropics), he would come in through the door of course.. anyway, i enjoyed listening to all the kids ask santa for gifts and santa trying to get ques from the parents whether it was okay or not then listening to his excuse if it wasnt. i have learned that boys (at least when they are younger) are much more expensive. every single one wanted some kind of xbox, ps3 type thing.. the cheapest was legos (very popular) but legos arent all that cheap either.. but the girls wanted barbies or baby dolls. the best one though was the girl who asked for a life size cardboard cut out of Harry Styles (thats his name right?) who i believe is from a boy band. i liked her creativity. thats all.
