Luther refused to stand up to the ASA (a.k.a. special interest group) and now, we have people being arrested for exercising their right to vote, as well as their right to keep and bear arms. Robert W Kennedy Jr was NOT intimidating anyone, or even attempting to influence anyone. He was simply doing what he does every day...which is carrys a firearm for his person protection, while he is going about his daily business. If he was arrested on a trespassing charge, due to refusing to vacate after being requested by the property owner, that is one thing. HOWEVER, if he was arrested (as the article indicates) for a voting violation, then this is yet another example of Shelby County Sheriffs Office, Sheriff Chris Curry, and Sheriff Candidate, John Samaniego, intentionally violating the freedom and rights of WE THE PEOPLE. There are some awesome people, serving in the SCSO. However, when the higher ups begin to believe that THEY are the end all/be all decision makers, regarding when to apply/not apply the LAW, then we are in trouble.
