you can decide that a relationship was toxic and that it had to end or you can trust in your judgment at the time and accept that in every moment there is meaning. unfortunately our humanness stands in the way of this realization until we begin to feel the loss of our friend or lover. the essence of existence is the imperfect love we share with one another, when it is gone be grateful for what preceded the loss and let go in light and love.
