you know Ive been a businessman self employed for almost 25 years now and I just have to say. when someone contact you to try to give you business and you just ignored that request I tend to think that makes you ignorant. what it also means is that I will be sending my business somewhere else and that I probably would not refer other customers to you in any way shape or form. when you dont follow through with the business that youre running people tend to go somewhere else which means you lose revenue and typically people do not refer other customers to you because of that ignorance. which in turn loses you more business and future business also. not a very good business model in my opinion. if you have a customer that context you and youre too busy to service their request then at least make an acknowledgment that they have requested service and let them know that youre too busy to do the job. ignorance should not be a part of anyones business model. That is all.
