you know sometimes I question myself...why in the hell can I do what I do...how is it that I can at a moments notice travel 20000 miles away from home, fly 3 days straight on a airplane, arrive in a foreign countries at 4am, in-process get my blankets and baggage together, sleep in a tent in 20 degree weather living out of suitcase, managing a multi tasking warehouse full of body armor and numerous troops at 19 days straight of 12 hour shifts not having one day off and keep my mentality...well..its because I was born, raised, and built for this shit....everyone in this world plays a part, wether its a stay at home mom, teacher, policeman, mechanic, janitor, etc...at the end of the day we all are what makes this wheel turn...never sell your self short for what part u do in it...im glad to be one of the few who make that sacrifice so that others may live...ive gave 13 years of my life to it...and I have 7 to go...and u best believe I will rock that shit out till the end...I may not agree with what I do or where I go and why we do it...but its a job I took an oath for, and I will be damned if I stop now...we all contribute to society...one way or another...be proud of that...and keep pushing...one day we will all be gone and to some it may not matter, but they will be here living and breathing because of what we all do....stay strong and stay committed to our duty to keep the ball rolling....I appreciate all the family and friends that give me strength from home, even if u dont say it, I know its there and I feel it ...and its what fuels us military members to keep on trucking along...lol ........end of soapbox...lol
