you know when ure having a pleasant evening and then u get a phone call that winds you up?....well there we are when we get a message from 3, saying we owe £50 on our bill...(which we paid last week)...ok, so we ring 3 and get this load of bollox....seems that when we paid by card there system flagged up that the card we had registered with them was past its expiry date. Ok says us, but the card we paid with was our new card which is valid..and your system didnt ask us for an expiry date, just the three digits on the back. Yes but our system rejected your payment because of your expiry date..Oh really? well my bank record shows the money left my account to 3 seven days ago...yes sir, but weve paid you back...No you havent - my bank record shows no sign of a repayment. Ah, well sir, thats because weve just sent it back to you now, it will be in your bank in 24 hours..then u need to phone us and pay it again. So, let me get this straight, youve had my money for seven days as a completed transaction and now you decide to send me my money back and ask me to pay you again? WTF!!!!!
