In an outright act of horrendous cruelty and abuse, an individual in the Little Haiti area of Miami, Florida drove a carabiner clip through poor Ziggs right rear leg, then attaching the clasp to a leash. There arent even words for the pain this nearly one year old dog must have endured over the last few MONTHS of his captivity, fastened by his ankle while someone threw food at him each day. On Tuesday December 16, Ziggs was found by a local store owner, limping and dragging behind him a torn leash that he had chewed through. No one spoke up for Ziggs during all that time but he now has a voice and it is big. Please help contribute so that we can post a reward for information leading to the arrest of Ziggs abuser. Money speaks, especially in areas like that. Ziggs is safe and will never know this type of pain again, but we need to make sure that it doesnt happen to another dog and that there are consequences. A human capable of injuring a helpless dog in this manner is no doubt a risk to society in other ways. Help us find them! Please share Ziggs story.
