However, Jeff knew the owner (he use to own the Varna store) so I knew I would have plenty of time to ask questions of his daughter while the guys reminisced. She told me that it was the best brush she has! I asked if it really worked on cats like the video? I met her cat, a long hair black calico cat ... She was not impressed that we woke her up for a demonstration! However, she sat on the counter and loved being groomed (hands free). The lady also explained that they had also had brought in less expensive versions and they all broke and they gave customers back their money back! They sent the stock all back to the supplier. She also says some curry combs razor cut the hair and others rip the hair out! Which is why animals like this one. All I can say is Bailey LOVES IT!
