These children eloquently brought the message home. After you watch these videos, you will be CERTAIN that the school board chair and his minions will vote to at least TABLE the progression plan that only further removes the teacher from the evaluation process of their students. SPOILER ALERT: The Board voted 7-1 to enact the punitive and irresponsible 2014-2015 Progression Plan for Orange County. They were, despite smiles and reassuring glances at these lovely and precocious children, UNMOVED. And on a final note, Bill Sublette actually affirmed his decision to not only FORCE teachers to inflate student Fs to a minimum score of 50% (despite teacher protest), he also stated, for the record, that he DOES NOT TRUST TEACHERS TO EVALUATE THEIR OWN STUDENTS...!!!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING NOW! WE HAVE LOST CONTROL AND OUR SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS DO NOT TRUST TEACHERS OR PARENTS!
