From my lowest and dark moments: standing in the worst wreckage of Fukushima..talking to a dog who i did not capture because he or she wanted to be free rather than caged..... from this anger...(shouting in a forest ) of what kind of human would do this to a poor dog... while remembering my great role models... Lynn Caruso, mom, granny and her surviving hardships of World War ll genocide... and sitting there alone waiting for news i have or have not cancer...i asked the heavens above i would not be so picky in life...and that whatever racist views i had i promised i would understand racism and accept any woman . Many unexplained signs Sophie pointed me to your beauty. The soul, the mind, ok not bad the human needs . Karma, i seriously doubted before .would return me a well deserved favour. I seriously never expected i would get something in return for each act of kindness. So without hesitation I(we) burned up the internet, the land lines, using every modern technology of communication..to reach this easy decision to ask you to be my partner and wife ... to love . through sickness and health( of which we both know is precious) rich or poor( we also know i have nothing)..and everything short of spending prison with Nelson Surjon the other Crazy Frenchman of Samurai courage; and finally, till death do we part (in the physical form)... I am no Hero like aoto Matsumura: i am a simple man and a dad. I earned this role of dad..the role of Fukushima man and after 34 years searching for the diamond ... i returned home almost a broken miner. I reached into my pocket... and it was always there..this diamond in the rough that has been passed up . i simply just needed to let go (thank-you Frank Caruso) and ask. I would like to thank Dun (Mr H) for adding Sophie to Rainbow Warrior. Sophie you are a warrior more than i could ever be. I need a brain...like the Wizard of Oz. For many more reasons i wish I could list before readers will think : what an arrogant ass hole. My readers...Lynn Caruso...who was my mentor always asked me whats does your heart say Howard? I asked your hand in marriage because yes i am a dreamer. yes i am an odd ball. Genius no...Hero... noooooo...street smart...maybe yes...a good dad? yeah maybe that too. A great under achiever?
