It is tragic that this child (who looks barely 5!) and thousands of others inside Syria have to scout for food in these Arctic conditions. Despite her predicament...Take note of the beautiful resilient smile she wears shyly speaking to the person taking the video. Its even more of a tragedy that these kids have been reduced to this because those of us who do live in the luxury of having a roof, warm house and food ourselves have forgotten about them because they are OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND. We wouldnt allow this to happen to our own blood family, we wouldnt leave our kids and elderly out in the cold freezing weather to die...so why let our brothers and sisters in Islam suffer?
