youtu.be/d5gZtlpvMvE (PLEASE SHARE) Police brutality is the deliberate and unprovoked use of excessive force, usually physical, but also common in forms of verbal attacks and psychological intimidation, by a police officer. Why we must march? The March to End Police Brutality is not an anti-police march. It is a non-violent march design to remember the victims and promote public policy solutions that will implement a reasonable standard for deciding when a police officer has acted criminally in the use of force. It is also a march against violence in general. It is an affirmation that #BLACKLIVESMATTER – indeed all lives matter. We honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., by joining his work to promote peace and publicly beneficial public policy solutions. Where does the March Start? The End Police Brutality March commences at 2:00 p.m., Monday, Jan., 19, 2015, at the Hartford Memorial Baptist Church 18700 James Couzens Detroit, Mich., 48235.
