Its getting to that time of year when its bitterly cold outside and the temptation is to leave work and go straight to the pub or home (or Gregs Bakery). With Christmas parties, office & social events come extra calories! So dont forget, if you want to stay looking and FEELING great, its vital to keep fit & healthy, maintaining a balance. You can achieve this easily by keeping up the dancing to counter balance Christmas drinks & treats.
