At the very end of the clip Sandra Bullock tells the football coach that he needs to get to know his players which is an extremely good point. in knowing the players, one would know what would make them work hard and what would cause them to shy away. A leader doesnt have to personally know its teammates, just know them well enough to know what it is they want.
