I am not bashing my competition, in fact I really dont even compete with them because we offer 2 completely different styles of training. There are plenty of other cross training gyms in town that actually are my competition and their programs are not dangerous so I never bad mouth them. We all have to make our own decisions about how we workout, here is what could happen if you lift heavy or do things you have no business doing with coaches who have no business coaching. Remember, reaching failure means some parts of your body are giving out under a heavy load of weights. In any college, or professional sports training complex there is no such thing as a no rep because bad form on even one rep is unacceptable. My next question-WHERE THE &%$# ARE THE SPOTTERS AT IN THIS PROGRAM????
