youtube/watch?v=fpbmOcKkqe0 A couple years back, I went to see Pat in Raleigh. I had seen Train several times, but never him as a solo artist. We got there early and was very front row, center stage. About 5 or 6 songs into the show, the entire band, sans the pianist, left the stage. He dropped the mic to the floor, stepped up on his monitor speaker, opened his arms, and belted this song to 1,500 people with NO amplification. Just him, and the piano. Tears and chills. Incredible talent. A moment I will never forget.
