youtube/watch?v=wxctD5MsNcM This is seriously so interesting. Id like to find out whether I have more red fibers than white, vice versa to figure out what my true potential endurance and/or power is. There is also grey fibers which are intermediate from what I read earlier. If my endurance is up there since Im only at around 140-145 bpm after a set of 80-100 reps on rope training, then I must be red..? Intermediate can be possible too.. Thought Id share this since it can help a ton of ppl #startingtolovescience #slowlylearningdaybyday
