Surveillance video footage shows a container semi-trailer turning right at a crossroad, colliding with a cyclist at around 12:00. The cyclist is then seen being forced off his bike, ending up under the truck. He miraculously avoids being run over by the vehicle tires. After the truck drives on without stopping, the man appears sitting up. Emergency service workers treated him on the scene and found he suffered only minor skin bruises. The local traffic police attributed the cause of the near-fatal incident to the driver, who failed to notice the presence of the cyclist in the blind area when he was turning right.
