В настоящий момент свой голос на прениях получили адвокаты. Как сообщили представители судебных органов, Олег Келеметов, адвокат одного из обвиняемых по делу, Асланбека Бештоева, заявил, что те кровавые события не могут быть квалифицированы как теракт. Причиной подобного заявления Келеметов назвал тот факт, что нападавшие на полицейских бандиты не выдвигали государственной власти никаких требований. Как стало известно 07kbr.ru, адвокат выразил недоумение по поводу того, что его подзащитному вменяется 205-ая статья УК РФ «Террористический акт», что, по его мнению, не имеет под собой никаких оснований, так как нападавшие не собирались ничего захватывать и ничего требовать. Не согласен юрист и с обвинением по 210-ой статье УК РФ «Организация преступного сообщества (преступной организации) или участие в нем (ней)». Эта статья не устроила Келеметова по причине того, что в действиях подсудимых не было стремления получить материальную выгоду. Далее адвокат отметил, что показаний, однозначно подтверждающих осведомленность Бештоева о наличии вооруженной бандитской группировки, в деле нет.
